I'm sick and tired of seeing people with "higher social status" that get away constantly with speeding and basically endangering everyone else on the streets. I'm glad they're conducting private investigations n.y. into this matter and I hope the police officers that do this frequently will be themselves fined for it.

The new NY Drug laws might be too lax but it may also help so many drug offenders that are just petty users who used drugs to escape from the pressures of their environment.

If they will be given a chance to undergo not only for drug treatment but even to go beyond the reason why they used drugs, the same may help more petty offenders to be restored back to normal life.

Today, because of new science and techniques, there are current workbooks that are three to four times more effective than early life skills workbooks. While most life skills providers are still rooted in the old methods of the 1970s and 80s, we have embraced the new psychological systems that have proven to change faulty thinking errors and overcome self -defeating behaviors. There are evidence-based research, that gives guarantee that cognitive restructuring materials can drastically reduce current recidivism rate.

One way to stop distracted driving is to include a clause in car insurance policies that the document is void if a collision occurs while the holder is texting or phoning.

Thanks for mentioning me. I'm honored. FYI, I'm currently challenging the prompt suspension law in NDNY - Yandow v. Kronau. Relates to Vanderminden (3rd Dept.) and Krimstock v. Kelly (2nd Cir.). We'll see how it goes.
